Returns & refunds

We want you to be completely happy with every order. If something is not right, here is how we put it right.

7-day easy returns

You can return most unopened, non-perishable items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Please check your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund straight away — no need to return the item.

Items we cannot accept back

• Fresh, chilled or frozen food, unless it arrived damaged or spoiled.
• Opened food packaging, for hygiene reasons.
• Personal care items that have been opened or used.

How to return

1. Go to My Account → Orders and open the order, or contact us with the order number.
2. We will confirm the return and arrange a collection or give you a return address.
3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days of receiving the item.

Return collection is free when the item is damaged or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns a €4.99 collection fee applies, or you can return the item to our Dublin warehouse free of charge.
