Delivery options

How we deliver

• Orders are packed the same day and dispatched Monday to Saturday.
• Frozen and chilled items travel in insulated packaging with ice packs and are only sent Monday to Thursday so they never sit over a weekend.
• You will receive an SMS and email when your order is dispatched and again when it is out for delivery, with a live tracking link.
• If you are not home, the driver will leave your parcel in a safe place you nominate at checkout or with a neighbour, and let you know where.

Heavy items

Bags of 10 kg and above are delivered by our own vans. Please make sure someone is available to receive them or tell us the safest place to leave them.
