Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all purchases made on jaramama.ie (“the website”) operated by Jara Mama Groceries Ireland Ltd (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, priced incorrectly or cannot be delivered to your address; you will be refunded in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept debit and credit cards, instant bank transfer and pay on delivery. Payment is taken when the order is placed (or on delivery for pay-on-delivery orders).

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

4. Returns and refunds

See our Return Policy and Returns & Refunds pages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

5. Products

Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary. Please read labels and allergen information on the product before use. Weights are approximate for loose or variable-weight items.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without permission.

7. Promotions and coupons

Coupons cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Free delivery thresholds are calculated on the order subtotal after discounts.

8. Liability

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the order was placed, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
